Vet-Aqua Articles is a digital e-publication platform. This policy outlines how electronic products, published articles, certificates, and digital services are delivered to authors and subscribers.
As an online e-magazine and academic publishing platform, Vet-Aqua Articles delivers services predominantly through digital channels. We do not manufacture or physical-ship tangible goods unless explicitly requested for print-on-demand special hardcopy issues.
1. Digital Service Delivery Mode
All publications, e-certificates, and invoices are generated and fulfilled electronically:
- Publication Access: Published articles are made available online in open-access PDF/HTML formats immediately upon approval and technical layout processing.
- E-Certificates: Digital publication certificates are sent to the primary author's registered email address upon successful publication.
- Payment Receipts: Instant payment confirmation, tax invoices, and transaction details are delivered to your email account via our payment gateway (Razorpay) immediately after checkout.
2. Delivery & Fulfillment Timelines
Standard processing timelines for digital deliverables are as follows:
- Article Processing & Online Publishing: Articles generally complete peer formatting and go live on the portal within 3 to 7 business days following successful Article Processing Charge (APC) payment.
- E-Certificate Email Dispatch: Digital authorship certificates are issued within 24 to 48 hours after official online publication.
- Instant Access: Paid access to web archives, special issues, or e-books is granted instantly upon transaction approval.
3. Physical Shipping (Print Copies / Special Hardcopies)
In cases where an author or institution requests a physical print version, compilation book, or hardcopy certificate (where applicable):
- Courier Partners: Physical orders are dispatched through registered courier services or Speed Post (India Post).
- Dispatch Timeline: Physical items are dispatched within 5 to 10 business days from the receipt of payment or print order request.
- Shipping Charges: Applicable postal or courier shipping fees will be calculated and disclosed upfront during the checkout process.
4. Issues with Digital Delivery
If you do not receive your electronic certificate, payment confirmation, or publication link within the specified timeframe:
- Check your email inbox spam/junk folders for automated notification emails.
- Verify that the email address provided during submission or payment checkout was entered correctly.
- Contact our support team with your transaction ID and submission reference code for immediate manual re-dispatch.
